Refund Policy

When you are eligible

If your payment succeeded but the download failed and re-clicking the download button does not work, contact us within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot deliver your document, we will issue a full refund.

Duplicate payments for the same download are refunded in full.

When refunds are not given

Since the document is generated from the details you entered and previewed live before purchase, refunds are not provided for typos or changes of mind after a successful download. You can correct details and re-download during the same session at no extra cost.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
